Todmorden is the first in the country to hit its BT broadband activation limit From Janice Sayer Wednesday, September 11, 2002 I just had an email forwarded to me by Roz Catlow, the Policy and Representation Research Officer from the Mid Yorkshire Chamber of Commerce. Apparently Todmorden has become the first area in the UK to reach its trigger level to be converted to broadband, as at September 9th.
