Victoria Road development

If at least one of the current owners of the Victoria Road site was a trustee of the swimming pool charity, and that charity has not filed accounts for a number of years, two very big questions arise: has money for the site actually changed hands - and if so, where is it now? On the face of it there ought to be in excess of £500,000 available for a swimming pool or some other community facility. Instead, the money seems to have vanished. We need some answers!
