Hi, I live in Leeds and we're campaining to get Leeds Girls High School redeveloped as eco houses rather than high rise flats. We have five families interested but have no "proper money" investment. Has anyone any advice on how to form a community co-operative or a developer to contact, we want to do it in association with a housing association.

Jo, there are various organisations helping both housing co-ops and eco-housing.

Based in Leeds, this would be your best bet to start with: Radical Routes
