Can anyone tell me about the progress on the development of an arts/performance centre in the former Youth House on Carlton Street, next to Marshall's Bar? I had heard it rumoured that such a project was in the offing, but have seen nothing about it for over a year. Any update would be greatly appreciated. Many thanks, Will Kaufman
