Mill-dam development

As a former resident of Windsor Road/Windsor View I've been following the developments with interest.

I am not a lawyer, but as I understand it, the owners of Windsor View own up to the middle of the road. They also have vehicular rights of access both ways along Windsor View, though even in my day only a land rover could do the top bit.

I would point out that the houses on both the View and Road side have stone drains along the front of the properties, and these will emerge somewhere in the vicinity of the proposed access road. There are also underground culverts on the mill side of the stone wall - I have a few photographs of these taken when Foster Mill was demolished.

I also believe there is an underground water course running from the Delph at right angles to the terrace, and emerging below Nos. 23/25 and running into the mill dam.
