Has anyone managed to get to grips with soundproofing or discovered ways of cutting down sount/noise travel between under/over dwellings and back-to-backs!!!!
All ideas/suggestions welcomed!!

I have heard that Dyson Insulation of Ripponden sell insulating plasterboard that can also act as a sound proofing medium and can be directly fixed to existing walls.
