If you're in Hebden, don't think 'It can't happen to us!" It can!

I live in Todmorden where almost every bit of flat land is getting planning permission for very overpriced, and by the look of it badly designed new homes.

Still at least we've got the flat land on the tops they havn't developed on - yet!
