Caldwer Valley and Luddenden Foot Liberal Democrats will be fighting the imposition of these charges at next Wednesdays committee meeting. The committee needs to realise that many residents in the town have no option but to park on the towns car parks. Our retailers do not need the extra burden of fighting against out of town shopping centres with huge free car parks.
