The traffic along the road from Tod to Hebden has been bad becasue of the disruption to the railways. Leeds station was closed for the first couple of weeks of this year and the serviced replaced by Bus. Many people traveling to Leeds in the morning to get to work have been driving instead. I drive from Hebden to Tod at 7.00 am every day and would normally see 2-3 cars going from Tod to Hebden. During the problems I would easily see 10-15 cars. This clealry shows the need of a good railways system in our area.
