I think there is growing and widespread agreement about the need for vaccination, and I would like to think that everyone concerned will use every influence available to push that message forward. The govt argument that it's too costly is rubbish - they are quoting £5 a shot, but that's because they can set the price. Farmers in the Lakes are crying out for vaccine. Let's make this a big election issue. If we can't export our meat afterwards, then that's a big step forward; surely domestic produce is better for the farmers, the consumers, the animals.
