MAFF issued guidlines over a month ago stating access rights outside the 3K exclusion zones should be reopened.
Meanwhile summer is here and Calderdale businesses are losing money because of Calderdale Council's short sighted insistance on protecting Farmers businesses over those that really make the money in Calderdale - the tourist and outdoor leisure industry.
It's time all rights of way were reopened as MAFF advise.
