State of the canal path

I have two questions
1) Does anyone know the expected completion date for the coversion/new flats by Fountain Street?
2) Is anyone going to fix up the canal path by this area? It is in a dreadful and dangerous state at the minute.
Would be grateful if anyone knows the answers.
