Parking Charges

If you can afford to run a computer, you can afford to pay a 30p-per-item email tax. These charges will result in fewer unnecessary messages being sent. The reduction in web traffic and hence faster internet access will be of benefit to the wider internet community. There will be an environmental benefit, since fewer emails will lead to less wear-and-tear, hence fewer keyboards being replaced. The revenues raised can then be ring-fenced for investment in government bureaucracy.
