Big Green Weekend Planning Meeting

With a view to getting the 2009 Big Green Weekend (23rd, 24th and 25th May) bigger, better, and more thoroughly organised than this year's event, there will be a preliminary planning meeting with anyone who would like to be involved on Monday, September 15th at 11am.

Various people have already expressed an interest in looking after areas as diverse as Children's Activities, Street Theatre and Open Gardens so if there's anything you'd like to see included, and that you are prepared to help organise, then please come down to the Green Refurb office at Beehive Mills, Hebble End, HX7 6HJ on the morning in question. (Tea, coffee and cake will be served.)

If you'd like to be involved but are unable to make a daytime meeting, please let the organisers know so they can include your ideas and keep you in the loop.
