The Hebden Royd and District group has now been formed, following an animated, successful meeting on 19th January.
Many ideas for the group’s activities were put forward, including ethical trading, home shopping & delivery and recycling.
At the February meeting, we will sift through these ideas and come up with a plan of action and activities for the forthcoming months.
We can also discuss speakers we would like to have at our meetings. The Area Manager for the Co-op has promised to attend a future meeting where there will be the opportunity to talk about our local stores.
