Channel Four documentary
on Hebden Bridge

Saturday, 29 March 2008

Julieann O'Malley is in Hebden Bridge shooting a pilot documentary for Channel Four. They want to make a short documentary about Hebden and the changes it has gone through over the last 30 - 40 years as well as looking into why so many people are attracted to it as a place to live. To show this they want to cover as many unique elements to Hebden as possible. They are very interested in "the sense of community and safety people may experience here". They are also keen to hear about any "weird and wonderful facts about the village" and how they contribute to attracting more new people.

They are shooting the pilot this weekend - from Friday 28th until Monday evening. If you have a unique story about Hebden or experiences you've had - whether great or small and you could spare a half an hour to talk to to them over the weekend the contact details are below.
