After faffing around on the BT site for a while it seems that you can't actually pre-register with BT itself. Apparently you have to make an enquiry to your ISP, who will then let BT know. This page gives you a list of ISPs.

Registering with more than one won't work (unless, I suppose, you have more than one phone line). My question is (seeing as how I'm not moving to HB until early August) - who are the local ISPs? Also - any idea how many people are likely to want broadband in HB? Do you think it'll actually take off?
