BT will listen, especially if you get your local MP to myther them. We in Dunblane, like you did not have a trigger level set for our exchange. After individual visitors to the site continuously mythered Dunblane and our MP organised a meeting with BT scotland (over several exchanges) we finally (2 weeks ago) got a trigger level set. We had hoped for a level of 400 (like a village 3 miles away) but we ended up with 600 (god knows why).

You've just got to keep on at the ba*tards until they set it!!
