I don't agree! I have bottlenecks on the way to work - but I can usefully spend the time reading because I go by bus. Why don't you do the same - or catch a train - or car-share, so that there's one less car's worth of congestion. Where would you put a bypass around Hebden Bridge? It would certainly put off "tourists" like me who come to Hebden Bridge because of its unique atmosphere and the beauty of the countryside around it. The whole of the industrial north of England would be affected by tarmac if avery bottleneck were to recieve a bypass.
