If people are interested, I am a service user, interested in establishing a new bipolar self help group based in either Hebden Bridge or Todmorden. The meetings will be once a week and will be facilitated by MDF, he Bipolar charity. Anyone with or without a diagnosis will be welcome, as will anyone who is affected ie. Carers, relatives etc. I can't go ahead and start proceedings until I know that enough people would be interested in getting involved.
