The discovery of a dusty old book hidden away in an attic leads to adventure in the mythical world of ancient Greece. Follow our young hero Perseus, son of Zeus, as he battles mighty Medusa, frees the winged horse Pegasus and vies with Poseidon for the hand of the beautiful Andromeda. Suitable for children 6 plus.

This group of seven singers, all from the Calder Valley, has performed in the Hebden Bridge Arts Festival for the past eight years. This year’s programme is typically varied, including madrigals by Monteverdi, Tudor anthems and motets, songs by Dvorak, sacred music by Arvo Pärt and settings of popular lighter music.
