Anyone know whats happening with this building? Seems such a shame to just leave it unused, before the flood last year it was a bar selling excellent beer, a well used and tasty restaurant and a hotel...now its empty.. Just wondering really..

I heard that the owner was trying to sell it, but I'm not sure. There's a number you can ring to enquire on their website.

There are people working there intermittently so maybe the refurb is under way.
