So the buses on the 592 route are now every 12 minutes instead of 10 to improve the service (according to the bus company) - well, it doesn't work does it.

How is the service improved when 1 bus an hour is now missing leading to buses being even more full and the buses stop at Hebden Bridge in each direction for approx. 10 minutes at a time?

It's quite common for buses to travel together 2 or 3 at a time and then, if you miss them, you can wait up to half an hour for the next.

If the service is as bad as it is now, just through taking down a couple of buildings at Mytholmroyd on Burnley Road (which seems to be taking forever to do), wait until they start on the new bridge they are going to build - apparently that could take up to 17 months to do - with the inevitable temporary lights.
