I fear I've given up going to Hebden Bridge surgery because of the infinite wait for appointments and I fear like the gentleman reporting his missed appointment I have a very poor short-term memory, due to brain damage.  I also fear that the receptionists at Hebden surgery are somewhat official and don't respond well to patients' problems.

I now go to Mytholmroyd, despite the roadworks; they have a walk-in surgery daily if you arrive before 10. And the receptionists are friendly and understanding.
