I remember attending a managed event in the park when my late parents were residents in Hebden Bridge.

It was a lovely family occasion managed stately.

There were a variety of stalls , food outlets and plenty to keep you entertained on a freezing cold November night after the last rocket had been fired

I understand that the cost of policing such an event now is an issue and gives future such events an uncertain future.
