Does anyone know when the canal path wall near the stubbings pub will be repaired? It's been inaccessible for weeks and weeks now and no sign of works there

I tweeted this one and suggestion came back from a very helpful chap (@micknand) "Responsibility for canals changes to a charity next year. Might be why nothing is happening now".

The road at the top of the canal wall is the responsibility of council. The towpath at the bottom of the wall is the responsibility of British Waterways. They are probably each of them arguing about whose responsibility it is to fix the problem.
