I, too, would like to thank the Old Gits for helping to raise money for Ta'ayush, the Jewish Israeli activist group. Last year I spent a day with them, along with Ron, in the south Hebron hills. This is an area of the West Bank where farming communities are under constant threat of being expelled from their land and losing their livelihoods.

Ta'ayush supports the Palestinians through a combination of practical work and legal challenges to land theft by Jewish settlers who are supported by the Israeli military.
