So Customer First is moving back to the Library - and they are to share the counter with the Library staff! How is that going to work?

The Library uses all that space, for checking books in and out, updating info on their computer, book hunting on their database for customers, and it houses their printer too.

The Public using Cusotmer First will be queuing up along with everybody else, no privacy, no place to sit - not good enough, and why no consultation. The service works well at the Town Hall, leave it be.
