Taxi rank and Lees Yard

I have just been talking to Dennis on is taxi rank next to the telephone box in the square.
He as shown me the plan from Calderdale Council where he will have to stand in the future. When is anyone's guess.
It will be on the corner on Albert Street right outside what was Harold Crabtree's shop window. He's not happy and everyone I spoke to have said the same thing: "What a stupid place."
Don't these people talk to local people and get their views? Just what is happening at Lees Yard and when?
