Does any one have a time scale for completion of work on the Hole in the Wall?

I can't remember how long this has been going on, but I do know that day after day for months there has been noise, dust and constant disruption with roads dug up, parking suspended and public paths closed.
I appreciate there must be a lot to do, but it's gone beyond tolerable now.
