I'd take any rumours I heard regarding future use of any vacant building in Hebden Bridge with a very large pinch of salt. It isn't too long ago that the town was in semi-uproar about the supposedly imminent arrival of Harry Ramsden's fish-and-chip franchise, followed by gossip about Ann Summers opening a branch. And of course neither happened. Beware bullshit Chinese whispers.
