Hollins - old chapel or possibly school?

From Steven Brook

Weird enquiry. - We went on a walk today from Heptonstall into Hebden that took us through Lee Wood and came out at the Hollins (above the cricket/ archery field). We had never done this walk before and we were blown away by what looked to be an old chapel (or possibly school) with a dwelling attached just as you come out of the woods.

Very atmospheric and fascinating. We have tried to research some background to this building but the Internet has failed on this occasion.

Does anyone happen to know what it's called?

PS, just to be greedy do you know what the large modern "grand designs" house across the valley with the helicopter pad is called? We can't find anything about that either not knowing the name is a problem.

The Grand Design home you are referring to might be The Hallin, Hardcastle Crags, Hebden Bridge. This is the converted pumping station. Beautiful house in a beautiful location.
