Lives Remembered - Max Howarth, The Roofer

It's 10 years ago today since Max Howarth, known as 'Max the Roofer', died, 27th January 2004. Max was so well known in the town and the friend and builder extraordinaire for such a lot of us old-timers, that I thought I'd mention it. Without him, a lot of Hebden Bridgers would not have the roof over their heads.

Happy, loving memories of him, always.
