Town Hall Job Vacancy

Sunday, 15 November 2015

Executive Director.

Town Hall, Hebden Bridge 37.5 hours per week. £30k per annum.

Are you dynamic and collaborative, a person whose first response is "yes we can"? We are looking for someone with drive, ambition and vision to manage and direct The Town Hall in Hebden Bridge and support the trustees in their collective leadership of Hebden Bridge Community Association.

You'll be skilled in helping people work together and as happy supporting our 30 business tenants as you are working with voluntary groups. You'll be able to balance the local benefit of a youth theatre group with the commercial revenue that we take from events and wedding receptions. For us, attitude is as important as track record. We don't just want a building manager, we want someone who can develop our role as one of the many heartbeats of our community.

This role is a huge opportunity for the right candidate to build on our solid foundations, and to work in a vibrant and exciting place.
