The Station Partnership
Mytholmroyd Station Partnership is open to everyone who has an interest in helping to improve their village railway station. Our skills and experience has made such a difference - appreciated by residents, visitors and even our friends, the train crews!
Station Building
The owners, Network Rail have finished Phase 1, of the renovation of the derelict building which has been disused for 30 years into one that has been entered into national heritage awards - thanks to extra funding from the Railway Heritage Trust and Historic England.
Phase 2 will begin with the installation of the basic amenities of water, electricity etc., to cater for the future uses by a new tenant.
Did you Know?
The annual footfall at this station is now over 170,000. This is a 63% increase since we started in 2006 - well above the national average. Northern (old and new) Rail haveresponded. Then there were 76 trains stopping here. Now there are 107 Monday to Fridays.
Join us at our monthly planning meeting at the Good Shepherd Centre on the second Wednesday starting at 19.30.
Car Park
The latest we have been told is a 200 space car-park. The work is to commence in August after final plans. Our group has agreed to assist with the landscaping - Local artwork and history?

The Station Partnership get lots of support from a variety of sources, including - Northern and Network Rail, Calderdale and Hebden Royd Councils and the sponsorship of local individuals and businesses such as Abacus Framing, ACoRP, Affordable Sign, Burnley Road Academy, Little Valley Brewery, Lord Accountants, MicroSearch, Mobiles Recyling, Tamamas Indian cuisine.
