Looks like 2025 will go down as the year attempts to spearhead Hebden Royd's economic revival finally hit the buffers. The development board has only met twice this year and according to the official website the second meeting at the beginning of April was "declared inquorate." Perhaps hopes lie in cafes, Air B&Bs and flood prevention jobs, unless the town council steps in.
