Has anyone else noticed the foul sewage smell near the Little Play Park? It seems to be coming from the new flats on Waterside Fold. Enquiries reveal that a Sewage tank has been installed/ hidden under the waste bin area with a discharge pipe into the river below.  I've been told raw sewage/paper can sometimes be seen.
