Little Park - anti-social behaviour

I wonder if the parents of the teenagers who, in the park this afternoon, were throwing around traffic cones and traffic barriers, could give them some guidance about anti-social behaviour.
This park is becoming a venue for teenagers who are intent on causing as much damage as they can. I walk past the park twice daily and it's usually used sensibly by teenagers having a kick around.
But perhaps local councillors and/or local police could occasionally have a walk around this area of town late afternoon/ early evening - especially weekends - to see the level of anti-social behaviour. I feel sorry for the people who live in the nearby flats.
