After the major problem in the autumn, I again have no signal on Sky. I got through to them on a landline and the date for repair or update is 25th March, ie over a week of no access to my bank, other financial providers and purchases, all of which need access to my Sky account for 2FA.

I have raised a complaint and wondered if it might help if others did the same. The no I got through on is 03337 591018. Josh F-G also helped to facilitate the repair in the autumn. The reason they give for the delay is getting equipment to the site.
