Win tickets for Kirsty Almedia
at the Trades
On Friday 13 March
World folk singer/songwriter and composer Kirsty Almeida is now based here in Hebden Bridge and we have a couple of pairs of tickets for her homecoming album launch at the Trades on Friday 13 March.
Kirsty will be showcasing tracks from that new album, Moonbird, influenced by her experience of motherhood, an innate love of storytelling, and affinity with the natural world. For this gig these is Reunited with her band The Troubadours for a gig that that will float whimsically between influences from Africa, Latin America to New Orleans and, not least, those houses that cling to the hillsides of her Hebden Bridge home.
