Calder GrubHub Recruiting Volunteers

Calder GrubHub has been serving meals every Wednesday since August 2022 at Hope Baptist, Hebden Bridge. Freshly prepared food; soup. Main course and cake/fruit is available every Wednesday. Everyone is welcome, it's a warm, friendly space with good food and company.
It's quite an undertaking preparing and serving up to 50 meals each week. We need food preppers, cooks, washer uppers, servers and cleaners. Everything is done by volunteers so it's no surprise that we need to constantly recruit new people to manage this undertaking.
We need people who can volunteer to do each of the jobs although no one is asked to do any job they aren't comfortable with. Volunteers often come along and are doing stuff they hadn't imagined they would do in no time at all. It's a very friendly, supportive and encouraging environment to work in. Volunteers are from all ages and all people are welcome.
