Michael Morpurgo's 'I Believe in Unicorns'

Arts Festival kids show wins a major award - a magical adaption of Michael Morpurgo's 'I Believe in Unicorns' is coming to town as part of Hebden Bridge Arts Festival and has just picked up a prestigious Argus Angel award at the Brighton Festival.

Unicorns

Created by Olivier nominated Wizard Presents this intimate one-woman show is set in a library filled with books that hold more than stories in their pages, and is playing at 11.30am (doors open 11am) and 2pm (doors 1.30pm) in the Little Theatre on Saturday 5 July.

Festival Director Helen Meller told the HebWeb, "One of our board members tipped us off about this wonderful show which they said would be perfect for 5 to 11 year olds in the town, and this award recognises the brilliance of Wizard Presents in bringing it to life.

"And the kids get the chance to swap one of their pre-loved books for one from the Unicorns set after the show, so remember to bring a book along!"
