Hebden Bridge Film Festival Short Film Competition 2021 Deadline Extended

The Hebden Bridge Film Festival Short Film Competition 2021 deadline has been extended until Saturday 6 February 2021.

Short films can be fiction or documentary, with a maximum length 20 minutes, which fit within the theme of "the other". Full details  are available here (Calderdale filmmakers will get 50% entry fee).

The 2021 festival will take place online from 19-21 March 2021. The festival will show a programme of world cinema, UK and US independent features and shorts, as well Q&As, masterclasses, and panel discussions with the film makers.

More details are available on www.hebdenbridgefilmfestival.org.

Louise Wadley, Hebden Bridge Film Festival Director said: "Short films are a key part of the Hebden Bridge Film Festival programme. The variety of submissions in 2019 and 2020 was exceptional and we can't wait to see what we get this year! We know there are so many wonderful stories that will be moving, funny, heart-breaking and engaging. So, if you have a short film that boldly tells a story that celebrates "the Other", make sure you enter."
